The term “single” is often used to describe someone who is not married or in a relationship. However, the real meaning of the term “single” is not always clear. What does it really mean to be a single women in today's age and how can you actually be single in the most useful, way, that leads to a level of contentment, maybe even happiness?

For the longest time, being single was seen as a bad thing. Society tells us that we need to find our other half in order to be complete and happy. For some people, being single means being free and independent. For others, it may mean being lonely and feeling like they are not good enough. 

There are many different ways to be single. Some people choose to be single, while others find themselves in that situation. This week, Chantelle discusses what it really means to be single and live a single life to the maximum opportunity
