The odds in the dating world seem to be against us. Why is it that we can't seem to find the one? Is it because we're looking in all the wrong places? Or is it because the universe is just playing a cruel trick on us?
The statistics in dating suck. There are just too many people and not enough time to date them all. And, to make matters worse, people keep getting married and having kids, which means the pool of eligible singles keeps getting smaller. So, what's a single person to do?
With roughly 1.5 billion people in the world who are single, there are only about 620 million potential mates for you to choose from. And of those, only a small percentage will be compatible with you. So the chances of finding a good match are pretty slim.
