Dealing with the end of a friendship can be just as difficult, if not more difficult, than dealing with the end of a romantic relationship. Friends are often there for us through thick and thin, and so when one friend breaks away from the group, it can feel like we’ve lost a huge part of our support network. Dealing with a friendship break-up can be tough, but there are ways to make the process a little bit easier on ourselves.
This week, Chantelle discusses the different ways friendship break ups occur and how to handle a friendship ending, as well as ways of communicating with your friends, even in the difficult moments.
