One of the biggest barriers to attracting what you really want in your love life is expectations. When you have expectations, or fantasies about how something will go, or how things should go, then you're not going to be present with what's actually happening in that moment. And when we can't be present, things don't tend to go well.
You sit and wonder about the "what ifs" and the "maybes" when the power of being able to let go can help you break free from the pain of holding onto something that never was, except for in your mind.
This week, Chantelle discusses her recent experiences in dating and how learning to let go over time has allowed her to enjoy the dating process more, to stop worrying about what might happen and instead, live for the moment of enjoying getting to meet new people along the way.
